Here is my political statement for the rest of my life: I am getting out of worrying about politics anymore. Our pastor said it right one weekend; it doesn't matter to us as Christ followers who gets in office because it has no bearing on how we will execute the Great Commission. No matter what happens, we will still strive to reach those who do not have a personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ. That's all that matters; not our mortgages, our 401Ks, or our retirements. Our only retirement is in the saving blood of Jesus Christ. And that's a retirement plan that will never fail: EVER!
I will finish with the Beatitudes tomorrow. Until then, Go Rays!
